Job Description: Freelance- Bag Designer


Pinkvilla Media is looking for a talented and experienced Freelance- Bag Designer.

You will be responsible for creating unique and high-quality bag designs of various categories.


About PinkVilla: Pinkvilla is one of the largest digital websites in the entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion categories with 30 million unique users and 21 million social media followers.


Based in: Mumbai


What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

• Researching and analysing current trends, fabric types, and patterns to come up with fresh and relevant design ideas.

• Developing sketches and creating detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Selecting suitable fabrics, colors, and embellishments to be used in the final product.

• Working with the production team to ensure that designs and fabrics can be produced efficiently and within budget.

• Participating in the sample-making process and making necessary adjustments to designs.


Background and Experience:

• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• You have a relevant degree from a recognized university

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Passion for creating unique and high-quality designs.

• Experience working with artisans would be highly advantageous.

• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
