We’re looking for ahybrid Social Media Manager + Strategistwho can turn long, powerful conversations into short-form stories that move people. Someone who understands bothemotion and algorithm .Responsibilities • Develop and execute content strategies to grow YouTube, Instagram, and X presence. • Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar. • Repurpose long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form Reels and Shorts. • Write thoughtful, human captions and titles that fit the brand’s voice. • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, retention, CTR) and adapt strategy. • Collaborate with video editors, designers, and guests to deliver cohesive storytelling. • Build partnerships and creator collaborations to amplify reach organically. • Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and design aesthetics across all content.Qualifications •1–3 years experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or creator/podcast growth. • Demonstrated ability to grow YouTube or Instagram channels organically. • Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, visual hooks, and retention metrics. • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills (English + Telugu fluency is a plus). • Basic understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and metadata optimization. • Strong people skills, Able to juggle creative and analytical tasks seamlessly. • Passion for podcasts, storytelling, and meaningful digital media.Skills • Social Media Strategy • Content Calendar Management • YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels • Copywriting & Brand Voice Development • Video Editing / Repurposing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)(Good to have) • Analytics & Growth Tracking (YouTube Studio / Meta Suite) • Visual Design (Canva / Figma)(Good to have) • Basic SEO for YouTube & Instagram • Community Management • Trend Analysis & ResearchPerformance Metrics • 8+ shorts per week with >10% engagement. • Consistent, systemized weekly content calendar. • High retention and shareability across platforms.Why Join Us • Build one of India’s most thoughtful bilingual creator brands from the ground up. • Creative freedom: your ideas will directly shape how the brand grows. • Work closely with the founder and creative team in a small, high-trust environment.How to Apply Email at careers@zeroprotocol.in
