JOB Description


  • Experience in monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS
  • Experience in Monitoring and working experience on Cisco R & S, Cisco / HP Aruba / Ruckus Wireless, WAN Links, SDWAN
  • Monitoring ISP Links, Bandwidth Utilization of LAN/WAN Links
  • Provide the bandwidth/Availability trend reports to customer
  • Configuring/Trouble Shooting Ether Channels, Data Centre Network equipment, QoS, PBR, Routing protocols, SDWAN, Wireless connectivity, Security policies, Authentication, AAA
  • ISP & Third-party coordination for troubleshooting issues
  • Adhere and follow ITIL process (incident, problem, and change & configuration management).
