Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Domestic Travel Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking domestic

travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and hassle-free experiences. This role requires

excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of

domestic travel destinations, regulations, and industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking domestic travel, including flights,

accommodations, transportation, and travel insurance.

Provide expert advice on travel destinations, routes, and seasonal promotions.

Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.

Ensure compliance with local travel regulations and industry standards.

Handle travel-related inquiries, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.

Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and travel advisories.

Process payments, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation for each booking.

Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Domestic Travel Agent or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations, airlines, and travel packages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Customer service-oriented with a keen attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

Certification from IATA, ASTA, or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
