MSBI Administrator

We are seeking an experienced MSBI Developer to design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for developing data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust data warehouse solutions using Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

- Create and optimize ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

- Build and maintain dimensional and star schema data models.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.

- Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS.

- Create visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports.

- Optimize report performance and user experience.

- Create multidimensional models (OLAP cubes) to support complex analytical queries.

- Design and implement data models that are efficient and scalable.

- Identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Monitor and maintain BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the BI field.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

- Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills.

- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouse architecture.

- Familiarity with data modeling techniques (dimensional and star schema).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
