Job Title: Terraform EngineerLocation: Pune | Chennai | Hyderabad | Gurgaon | Bhopal | Bangalore | Jaipur (Hybrid/On-site)Experience: 6+ YearsBill Rate: ₹1.5 LPMAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Terraform Engineer with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt, managing multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integrating IaC workflows with CI/CD pipelines.You will work closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure—ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency across environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Terraform scripts for cloud infrastructure provisioning. - Implement best practices for Terraform code structure, security, and reusability. - Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure automation, compliance, and performance. - Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Document Terraform modules, workflows, and automation processes. - Provide support for infrastructure troubleshooting and debugging.Technical Responsibilities- Develop Terraform and Terragrunt scripts to manage resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Manage Terraform state files and remote backends (Terraform Cloud, AWS S3 + DynamoDB). - Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline). - Implement security policies using IAM roles, encryption, and compliance controls. - Troubleshoot Terraform-related deployment and infrastructure issues. - Contribute to policy management using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or Sentinel.Tools & Technologies- IaC Tools: Terraform, Terragrunt, Terraform Cloud - Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP - Automation & Orchestration: AWS CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible - CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline - Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Datadog - Policy Management: Sentinel, Open Policy Agent (OPA)Preferred ExperienceProven experience developing and managing Terraform-based cloud infrastructure.Strong understanding of IaC principles and multi-cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration for infrastructure automation.Experience working in containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).Familiarity with cloud security policies and compliance standards.
