Job Title : AI/ML Engineer (1-3 Years : On-site / Type : : 1 to 3 : Technology / Data Science / Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models and a good understanding of core data science Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.

- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to define problem statements and data requirements.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis using Python.

- Train and fine-tune machine learning models using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Evaluate models using metrics like precision, recall, AUC, and accuracy.

- Deploy models in production using APIs (Flask, FastAPI) or cloud-based services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Continuously monitor, retrain, and improve model performance post-deployment.

- Document processes, models, and results for stakeholders and internal knowledge Skills :

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, etc.)

- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Experience with SQL and data wrangling.

- Strong grasp of mathematics and statistics.

- Ability to work with large datasets, clean and prepare data.

- Experience with version control (Git) and Jupyter to Have :

- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).

- Basic knowledge of model explainability (SHAP, LIME).

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and deployment Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
