Job Role :

We are hiring a QA Engineer Business Analytics Testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our business intelligence and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and dashboards (Power Bl/Tableau/ etc.)

- Validate data integrity across source transformation target

- Perform SQL-based data validation and report testing

- Write test plans, traceability matrices, and defect logs

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams

Skills Required :

- Strong in SQL and data profiling

- Hands-on in ETL Testing (Informatica, Talend, ADF, etc.)

- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

- Exposure to JIRA, TestRail, or similar QA management tools

Bonus :

- Automation using Python or PyTest for data tests

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Data Lakes and BigQuery/Snowflake

- Understanding of data lineage and data quality frameworks

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
