Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Terraform and Ansible to design, automate, and manage network infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of networking concepts and the ability to translate them into automated, repeatable workflows for multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate network provisioning, configuration, and management using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates for routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Integrate automation scripts with existing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Manage multi-vendor networking environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated deployments and network configurations.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and best practices in network automation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for network infrastructure provisioning.
  • Solid experience with Ansible playbook and role development for network automation.
  • Deep understanding of networking concepts (L2/L3, routing protocols, VPNs, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Experience with automation in multi-vendor network environments.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows for version control.
  • Knowledge of integrating automation with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize network automation scripts.
