Job Title: Power BI Developer Location: Kochi -Onsite Experience Required: 6+ years in BI & Analytics Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period - 0-15 Days About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Power BI Developer to design, develop, and deliver visually compelling dashboards and insightful reports that support strategic business decisions. If you’re passionate about transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and have a deep command of DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric , this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with high visual and functional quality. Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose BI solutions, and present data-driven insights. Apply advanced DAX and data modeling techniques to extract meaningful business insights. Integrate and manage data from SQL, Azure, SharePoint, Excel , and other enterprise data sources. Work with Microsoft Fabric and Semantic Models to build scalable analytics solutions. Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, and implementation of role-based security . Manage end-to-end BI project execution — from discovery and design to delivery and post-deployment support. Define and enforce best practices for data visualization, governance, and documentation. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling using Power Query (M language) . Represent the BI function in client meetings, demos, and strategic planning discussions. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development. Proven experience in client-facing roles , managing requirement gathering, and conducting solution demos. Expertise in DAX, Power BI data modeling, and performance optimization . Proven working experience with Microsoft Fabric . Advanced proficiency in Power Query (M) , SQL , and handling large datasets. Experience with Azure services , SharePoint , and enterprise-grade data environments. Strong knowledge of Power BI administration , workspace management , and security governance . Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Experience leading or managing BI projects in enterprise or consulting settings. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with Power Automate or Power Apps . Familiarity with Azure Synapse , Snowflake , or other cloud data warehouses. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Data Analyst Associate – Power BI).
