Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content and Design - Quality Analyst at our Gurugram location. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for performing quality control and assurance on various content and design projects. They will ensure that all deliverables meet established standards and guidelines. Daily tasks include reviewing design and content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance, as well as identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the quality assurance process. The role involves close collaboration with design and content teams to maintain high-quality outputs.

Qualifications
  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate content and design accuracy
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Design, or related areas
  • Experience in the design or content industry is a plus
