Key Responsibilities:


Blockchain Development:

  • Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications and solutions.
  • Build, test, and maintain secure and efficient smart contracts on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or other blockchain platforms.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of the blockchain ecosystem and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of tokenization strategies for marketplace functionalities.

Marketplace Development:

  • Create and maintain blockchain-based marketplace solutions for asset exchange, including booking resell platforms.
  • Work on wallet integrations, payment gateways, and escrow functionalities to enhance the marketplace experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure that blockchain technologies align with these requirements.

Technical Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to create cohesive blockchain-based applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and daily stand-ups.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and security standards are met.

Research & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain, crypto, and marketplace development.
  • Research and recommend emerging blockchain technologies and best practices to enhance product offerings.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Utilize platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and other popular blockchains for development.
  • Use collaborative tools to manage workflows and track development progress.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Blockchain Development: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with blockchain technologies and smart contracts.
  • Marketplace Development: Hands-on experience in building blockchain-based marketplaces and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
  • Crypto & Tokenization: Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, including wallet integrations, payment gateways, and token creation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Solidity, Web3.js, and other blockchain development tools.
  • Security Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain security best practices, cryptography, and vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results remotely.
  • Travel Domain Experience: Experience in the travel domain is a plus but not mandatory.
