Role : Source & Screen - Recruitment (IT Recruitment)Responsibilities : Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites. -Meet the monthly hire goals.Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaignsPreferred Skills :Bachelor’s degree is preferred. -Highly preferred recruitment experience in IT domain Should have excellent written communication skills.2-4 years of recruiting experienceA strong work ethic and sense of commitmentIf you believe this role is a good fit for you, please click "Apply" and provide the necessary details.
