As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Manning Operations Superintendent to join our dynamic team.


Position Overview: The Manning Operations Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manning operations across our offices. This role requires a deep understanding of maritime regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our fleet is staffed with qualified and competent personnel, adhering to all regulatory and company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and deployment of seafarers.
  • Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with crew members, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate crew performance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies for crew retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless operations.


Qualifications:

  • Class 1 License (Deck or Engine)
  • In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, cloud and manning software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Multi-tasking
