Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Concrete Plant Incharge at NS ARCUS in Gurugram and Noida The Concrete Plant Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations, manage all equipment, , ready mix concrete, and execution tasks, ensuring smooth production and quality control.

Qualifications
  • Experience in managing ready mix concrete and pumping operations.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and quality control
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage a diverse workforce
  • Experience in the commercial concrete industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/mechanical Engineering or related field
