Purpose of the role -

Heads the Transition Management Office, working with global stakeholders and overseeing the transition projects across the three functions, plus overseeing the transformation team/office. Reports to the ESO Head on the transition roadmap, progress and risks post-alignment with the outsourcing partner


Key Responsibilities -

• Ensure all the projects within the transition program follow a standardized approach & methodology

• Align the transition programs through periodic planning and establish effective internal & external governance for transition programs

• Manage capacity planning and resourcing for the Transition Management Office as per the project requirements

• Manage TMO team roles as per transition based on the transition archetype and scope of the project

• Act as a point of contact for the program stakeholders, and as an escalation point for transition project/program/ issues

• Oversee and guide the team of transition managers managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery, and risk remediation

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support ongoing transition programs

• Will oversee the transformation roles and responsibilities and eventually move and merge with the transformation team post-transformation.


Planning, execution and reporting

• Oversee transition planning and management as per project and monitor deliverables throughout the lifecycle of program(s)

• Identify risks and issues across transition programs that may impact the timelines and milestones and contribute to the improvement of the transition methodology

• Effectively communicate information to stakeholders to achieve desired understanding and support and ensure stakeholders' satisfaction.

• Coordinate the resources allocated for the program, defining the main guidelines and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.

• Ensure effective working relationships by coordinating with the functional leads, outsourcing partner and transition engagement team

• Represent the team in the program status checkpoint meetings and provide a view into the status of the transition projects
