Description: Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for assisting our clients in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Signavio solutions to optimize their business processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in process management and a thorough understanding of the SAP Signavio suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Mapping and Analysis:
  • Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Create detailed process maps and models using SAP Signavio tools.
  1. Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Develop strategies and designs for process optimization.
  • Configure and customize SAP Signavio solutions to meet client needs.
  • Facilitate the integration of SAP Signavio with other SAP modules and external systems.
  1. Project Management and Delivery:
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  1. Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to users on new processes and SAP Signavio tools.
  • Develop training materials and user documentation.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes using SAP Signavio’s Process Manager and Workflow Accelerator.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process modeling and business process management.
  • Strong technical proficiency with SAP Signavio and familiarity with its integration into SAP landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in SAP Signavio in project implementations. Deep understanding on SAP Signavio modules: Process Manager, collaboration Hub and process Governance Experience Process Governance/Process Intelligence/Process Insights Very good knowledge on BPM (Business modelling Processes) architecture, artifacts and notations Be intensely involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose, and create the solution.
  • Play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
