Job Overview

Spandana Hospital is currently seeking a Junior Medical Receptionist for a full-time position at our Bengaluru location. The role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of HIPAA Compliance to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Capability in medical billing and coding to ensure accurate processing of patient billing information.
  • Skilled in office administration to maintain the daily operational workflow in the clinic setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive experience for patients and visitors.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology to facilitate effective communication with healthcare professionals and patients.

  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.

  • Perform basic office administrative duties to support the front office operations.
