Exciting things are happening at Innefu and we are all game for a big leap forward.Job Description :As a Senior Python Developer at Innefu Lab, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust Python applications.- Hands on experience in Elastic Search, ETL Framework.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- 2 to 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on Core Python.- Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Developer role.- Proficient in software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.- Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.NOTE : Immediate joiner will be preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
