Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Retail Finance Manager to design, operationalize, and scale Maruts retail financing vertical for agri-drone sales. The role will be pivotal in bridging the financing gap between farmers and cutting-edge drone technology by enabling customer-friendly loan and EMI solutions across rural and semi-urban markets.

This position requires deep knowledge of Agricultural Infrastructure Fund (AIF) processes, proven financial structuring expertise, and an ability to engage seamlessly with banks, NBFCs, fintech platforms, and internal business units. You will be a strategic enabler in democratizing access to drone technology for Indias agri-ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Finance Strategy & Execution:

- Design and drive a pan-India retail finance roadmap that aligns with Marut's commercial and channel development goals.

Institutional Partnerships:

- Forge strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, agri-fintechs, and regional cooperative societies to craft tailored loan and EMI offerings for drone buyers.

Regulatory Alignment & Documentation:

- Navigate the nuances of AIF schemes, RBI policies, and regional credit mandates to ensure seamless loan documentation and compliance.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as a liaison among channel sales teams, regional heads, financing partners, and customers to ensure transparency and efficiency in the financing lifecycle.

Program Deployment:

- Enable and oversee rollout of structured financing programs across geographies with data-driven decision-making and regional adaptation.

Performance Monitoring:

- Establish KPIs, conduct financing funnel analysis, and track financing uptake metrics to evaluate channel effectiveness and optimize processes.

Customer & Dealer Enablement:

- Drive education initiatives and tools to enhance customer understanding of financing options. Train dealers and sales teams on financing integration into the sales pitch.

Technology Integration:

- Leverage CRM, ERP, and digital lending platforms to automate, track, and streamline financing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology

- MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Agri-Business 5-8 years of total work experience

- Minimum 3 years in Territory Sales, Channel Development, or Financing in sectors like Agri Equipment, Farm Machinery, Agri-Tech, NBFCs, or Rural Lending

Core Competencies:

- Expertise in Retail Finance Products and rural credit channels

- Deep knowledge of AIF schemes, government-backed financing programs, and agri-sector lending protocols

- Proven track record in multi-regional program execution and financial partner onboarding

- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities

- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to performance monitoring

- High agility, accountability, and a strong bias for execution

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred)
