Hubspot Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HubSpot Developer with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in building and managing HubSpot tools and CRM administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HubSpot’s platform, strong technical abilities, and a passion for optimizing CRM processes. This role will be critical in enhancing our sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HubSpot CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HubSpot Development:

- Design, develop, and implement custom HubSpot solutions to meet business needs.

- Create and optimize HubSpot workflows, templates, and modules.

- Develop and maintain custom integrations between HubSpot and other business systems.

2. CRM Administration:

- Manage day-to-day HubSpot administrative tasks, including user management, data integrity, and system configuration.

- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within the CRM system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related issues promptly.

3. Optimization and Reporting:

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM efficiency and user experience.

4. Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with sales, IT & other functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HubSpot with business processes.

- Provide training and support to end-users on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, functionalities, and industry trends.

5. Project Management:

- Lead and manage HubSpot-related projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within timelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot development and administration.

- Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot CMS.

- Proven experience with HubSpot’s APIs and custom integrations.

- Excellent understanding of CRM best practices and data management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required HubSpot Experience:

- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Marketing Software).

- Experience with other CRM platforms and other automation tools.

- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
