Job Description:

- As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with US clients, identifying new opportunities, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.

- You'll be at the forefront of Finsmart's business development efforts, with opportunities to travel onsite, meet clients, and contribute to the company's success in the offshore outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Finsmart's presence in the US outsourcing market.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for U.S CPA clients.

- Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Finsmart's value proposition.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models tailored to the US outsourcing market.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

- Represent Finsmart at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build networks.

Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years in offshore outsourcing, with a focus on managing U.S CPA clients.

Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with senior executives.

- Proven expertise in sales development, market analysis, and crafting persuasive presentations.

- Familiarity with offshore outsourcing pricing models, SLAs, and operational frameworks.

- Strong ability to identify business opportunities and close deals in competitive markets.

- Willingness to travel onsite for client meetings and business development activities.
