Job Description :


- Facilitate implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solution.

- Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test).

- Leverage technical expertise to verify and attest the technical architecture of the CRM solution

- Liaise effectively between the business functions to collect requirements and convert them into functional specifications, which can further be used for the technical analysis and the work program

- Support the implementation team in defining technical, operational and user requirements

- Train and coach internal users so they efficiently use the applications

- Provide level 1 and level 2 support to CRM users

- Advocate standard methodologies to develop scalable solutions in alignment with the CRM roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations or add-ons

Key Skills Required :

- Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365; Familiarity with the core Microsoft offerings

- Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack

- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Flows)

- Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS

- Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI

- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, .NET, AngularJS

- Integration experience of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications

Your Profile :

professional experience in the development and support of MS Dynamics 365 CRM

- Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics 365 CRM

- Ability to lead cross-border projects

- Ability to bring innovative solutions and work independently in a result-driven can-do culture

- Change ambassador with a keen interest in business processes

- Independent, structured and analytical way of working

- Good communication skills, flexibility & team spirit

- Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written. And another EU language is a plus
