The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills to drive successful project delivery and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support large-scale Murex implementations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Configure and customize Murex CMS modules to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Python to streamline processes. - Design, implement, and maintain Ansible Playbooks for deployment and configuration automation. - Collaborate with development teams utilizing CI/CD tools like GITLAB, GITHUB, to facilitate continuous integration and delivery pipelines. - Support and enhance Murex integrations, interfaces, and configurations. - Stay abreast of cloud technologies, with a focus on Azure, to facilitate cloud migrations and integrations. - Participate in requirement analysis, testing, and deployment activities. - Work closely with stakeholders across different business units, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, specifically in capital markets. - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Murex application deployment, configuration, and support. - Proven exposure to large-scale Murex implementations, including CMS configurations. - Basic understanding of Ansible Playbooks; experience with developing and troubleshooting them is a plus. - Strong Shell scripting and Python programming skills. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GITLAB, GITHUB. - Knowledge of cloud services, especially Azure, will be advantageous. - Good understanding of the Capital Markets industry, particularly in Rates, Credits, and OTCs. - Agile mindset with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude. - Excellent communication and active listening skills to build effective networks and partnerships. - Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Preferred Certifications (Optional): - Murex certifications or relevant financial technology certifications. - Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer, etc.If you find this opportunity interesting kindly share your below details (Mandatory),Total ExperienceExperience in Murex –Current CTC-Expected CTC-Notice period-Current Location-If you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
