Strong knowledge of Oracle RightNow CX architecture, components, and customization capabilities. Proficiency in developing custom objects, workflows, and rules using Oracle RightNow CX tools (e.g., Customer Portal, Business Rules, Workflows). Experience in integrating Oracle RightNow CX with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, system analysts, and technical teams. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Oracle RightNow CX certifications would be a plus.
