Job ProfileWe are seeking an experienced General Manager – Custom Bonded Warehouse to oversee custom bonded storage operations, regulatory compliance, and inventory management for our distillery and liquor products in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in customs regulations, excise compliance, bonded warehouse management, and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth and compliant operations of liquor movement and storage.Key Responsibilities· Manage end-to-end operations of the custom bonded warehouse, including receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of liquor and spirits.· Ensure strict compliance with Central/State Excise, Customs, and statutory regulations for bonded storage and movement of products.· Maintain accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and documentation for audit purposes.· Coordinate with production, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.· Implement SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control measures in warehouse operations.· Liaise with Customs, Excise, and regulatory authorities for approvals, inspections, and audits.· Optimize storage, material handling, and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.· Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff ensuring high performance and compliance.· Prepare MIS reports, compliance dashboards, and operational summaries for senior management.Skills and Qualification· Graduate / Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.· 12–20 years of experience in custom bonded warehouse or liquor bonded warehouse management.· Strong knowledge of Customs, Excise, and statutory compliance applicable to bonded warehouses.· Proven leadership experience managing large warehouse teams and multi-location operations.· Hands-on experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and audit readiness.Why Join Us· Lead and manage a strategically important custom bonded warehouse in Uttar Pradesh.· Senior leadership role with direct exposure to regulatory authorities and corporate management.· Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives.· Opportunity to optimize operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency in a high-value warehouse.Location: Chandigarh,UPCompany: Alcostar Group of CompaniesExperience: 12–20 years | Industry: Liquor / Distillery / Spirits To ApplySend your CV to Corp.HR@alcostardistillers.com with the subject line: Application – GM Custom Bonded Warehouse (UP) or apply directly via .
