Job Title: Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT)Experience : 8+ Years Location : Bangalore(WFO) Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent --- About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT) to lead and scale our recruitment operations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent for both technical and non-technical domains. --- Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership * Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals for IT and Non-IT verticals. * Partner with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and design workforce plans. * Implement data-driven recruitment processes and analytics to measure efficiency and performance. Operational Excellence * Lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to ensure timely and quality hiring across all functions. * Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. * Oversee hiring for IT roles (Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.) and Non-IT roles (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, etc.). * Maintain strong vendor and job-portal partnerships for cost-effective hiring. Stakeholder & Candidate Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and universities. * Ensure superior candidate experience and transparent communication throughout the hiring process. * Act as a brand ambassador representing the organization in hiring drives and networking forums. Process Improvement & Compliance * Introduce best practices, automation tools (ATS, CRM, Analytics Dashboards) to streamline recruitment workflows. * Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and diversity guidelines. * Conduct periodic audits and talent market studies to enhance sourcing efficiency. --- Required Skills & Competencies:* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership within both IT and Non-IT sectors. * Strong understanding of technology hiring (Software, Cloud, Data, AI, Infra) and corporate functions. * Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools, social recruiting, and recruitment analytics. * Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter). * Strong negotiation, communication, and people-management skills. * Ability to handle large hiring volumes and senior-level mandates. * Strategic mindset with execution excellence and result orientation. --- Educational Qualification:* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. * Preferred: MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate qualification. --- Preferred Attributes:* Experience working in Recruitment Consulting / RPO / Offshore Talent Delivery / BPO environments. * Proven record of scaling recruitment operations or setting up new TA functions. * Exposure to global hiring and campus recruitment strategies. --- Compensation: Competitive package as per market standards and experience.
