Position : Senior Odoo DeveloperExperience : 4+ YearsLocation : On-site (Hyderabad)Employment Type : Full-timeAbout the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoos core framework, business processes, and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions aligned with business needs.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (new and existing).- Implement and configure Odoo ERP to meet business requirements.- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and connectors for Odoo.- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 4+ years of experience in Odoo development (versions 13/14/15/16).- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.- Hands-on experience with Odoo module development, customization, and deployment.- Good understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).- Experience in Odoo API integration (REST/SOAP, XML-RPC).- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies : JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, QWeb.- Proficient with Git, Docker, and deployment practices.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills : - Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise Edition.- Knowledge of Linux server administration.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Contribution to the Odoo community (open-source projects, modules).Education : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
