Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Business Development and Admissions Counsellor to drive the growth of our school. This person will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospective parents, and ensuring that the admissions process is smooth and efficient. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, relationship management, and business development, particularly in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:

•Sales & Admissions Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and admissions strategy to increase enrollment. Utilize market research to target prospective parents and schools and effectively communicate the value proposition of HAPS.

•Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify and generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, outreach events, and partnerships. Convert leads into admissions by articulating the school’s value, addressing concerns, and guiding parents through the admissions process.

•Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with prospective parents, educational consultants, and industry influencers. Act as a trusted advisor to families, providing information about the school’s programs, admission process, and educational offerings.

•Communication & Negotiation:

Effectively communicate the value of HAPS to parents, clearly explaining the school’s curriculum, programs, and benefits. Handle queries and concerns related to fees, policies, and academic structure.

•Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging across all communication channels, including email campaigns, social media, and school events. Use data-driven insights to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

•Enrollment Process Management:

Manage the admissions process from initial contact through to enrollment. Ensure that all required documentation is collected and the process is smooth and efficient. Ensure a high-quality customer service experience for parents.

•Event Coordination:

Organize and promote school events, including information sessions, open houses, and parent-teacher meetings. Collaborate with school leadership on promotional events and community engagement activities.

•Sales & Performance Tracking:

Track and report on sales and admissions performance. Analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies and adapt plans to meet targets.


Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

•Proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions management (preferably in education).

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.

•Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

•Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.


Preferred Skills:

•Experience in the education sector, particularly in K-12 or primary school environments.

•Knowledge of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and its impact on schooling systems.

•Familiarity with the local education market and competition in Noida.

•Ability to work collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, and the marketing team.

•Fluency in English (spoken and written) with additional languages being a plus.
