Key Responsibilities :- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.- Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them on customization, scripting, and integration.- Oversee end-to-end implementation, including configuration, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards.- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.- Mentor junior developers and provide training on ServiceNow best Skills & Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform.- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities.- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies).- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.- Hands-on experience in implementing workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
