Fellows will work directly with FPOs to strengthen operations, build leadership capacities, and enable growth through market and ecosystem linkages.Qualifications:- Master’s degree in agriculture, rural development, agri-business management, or related field. - 2–5 years’ experience with FPOs, agri-businesses, or rural livelihoods programs. - Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable with field-based work and travel within assigned geography. - Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools. - Fluency in local language(s) and working proficiency in English.
