With operations in over 40 countries, they empower telecom providers with intelligent solutions in network automation, 5G testing, and end-to-end service assurance.🛠️ Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced VoLTE / 5G Test Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of end-to-end testing strategies for advanced wireless services. The ideal candidate will have strong telecom protocol knowledge, hands-on experience with automation, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead test planning, case creation, peer reviews, and execution for VoLTE/5G/IMS featuresDevelop detailed test documentation: TOL, Test Plan, Integration Plan, and TRG SheetsWrite automation requirements and collaborate with development teams for test automationDefine health check tests for lab environments (Lab Awesome / similar)Coordinate with RAN, Device, SIM, and Core teams for end-to-end integrationTroubleshoot complex issues across wireless network layersEnsure adherence to test best practices and quality standardsStay updated with latest 5G SA/NSA, LTE, and IMS enhancements and releases✅ Mandatory Skills5+ years of hands-on experience in VoLTE, VoNR, 5G SA/NSA, IMS call flowsIn-depth protocol knowledge: ◦ SIP, RTP, Diameter, GTPv2-C, GTPv1-U, S1AP, MGCP, H.248, TCAP, SDP, HTTPExpertise in features such as: VoWiFi, UCE, UT, USSI, IR92, IR94, AS262 HO, RTT, WPS, N11, S8HR, International WiFiStrong understanding of LTE EPC and 5GC architecture (AMF, SMF, UPF, etc.)Familiarity with NATing, firewalls, and proxy behavior in packet core networksHands-on experience with real UE and simulation-based automation toolsExcellent analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills🧩 Preferred Domain ExperiencePrior experience working in Tier-1 telecom, OEMs, or system integratorsFunctional experience in Wireless Core Networks, RAN, or End-to-End service validationExposure to Agile environments, DevOps, CI/CD workflows, and version control system
