Key Responsibilities:

- Directly assist clients with the accurate preparation and timely filing of their Personal Income Tax Returns (ITR-1 to ITR-4).

- Thoroughly review Form 16, various financial documents, and other necessary information provided by clients for filing purposes.

- Ensure all filings are in strict compliance with the latest provisions of the Income Tax Act.

- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to gather all required data, clarify details, and resolve any queries they may have.

- Proactively manage the timely submission of returns to prevent penalties for clients.

- Maintain absolute confidentiality and ensure data security for all client information at all & Skills Required:

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Income Tax Return filing.

- Tax Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Form 16 and the complete ITR-1 to ITR-4 filing processes.

- Legal Understanding: Good understanding of the Income Tax Act and related compliance regulations.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.

- Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valuable team member.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and various ITR filing software/tools.

- Client Skills: Strong communication and client-handling skills are essential.
