Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage theend-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP softwareacross departments. Act as the primary point of contact forERP-related issues , ensuring timely resolution through an effectiveticket-raising system . Collaborate with cross-functional teams tomap business processesand ensure ERP solutions align with operational requirements. Customize and enhance ERP modules usingJava and SQLto improve efficiency and data accuracy. Manageuser access, security permissions, and system integrationswith other business tools. Conducttraining sessions and provide user supportto ensure effective ERP utilization. Coordinate with software vendors and IT teams forupgrades, troubleshooting, and system enhancements . Monitor ERP performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements. Maintaindata integrity, backups, and documentationas per company IT policies. Oversee and supportIT department functions , including network, hardware, and system administration. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience inERP software management and implementation - Strategic ERP(Real Estate / Construction domain preferred). Strong proficiency inJava and SQLlanguages. Hands-on experience withticket management systems (JIRA, Freshdesk, etc.) . Good understanding ofIT infrastructure, networking, and system administration . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Preferred Background: Prior experience inReal Estate or Construction industry ERP systems(e.g., FARVISION, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Exposure todata migration, reporting tools, and API integrations . Experience inIT policy formulation and team management .
