We’re Hiring | Senior Analytics Analyst – P&C Policy

Location: Bangalore

Company: A global leader in insurance, risk management & consulting.

Our client is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst – P&C Policy to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll:

✅ Analyze and monitor P&C policy data (limits, deductibles, exposures) with a primary focus on Property.

✅ Partner with operations & IT teams to enhance data quality controls and OneSource solutions.

✅ Act as a subject matter expert for policy data, driving improvements across US Retail and RPS.

✅ Build data reports & visualizations to provide business insights and support decision-making.

What my client is looking for:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Math, Data Science, Economics, or related.

3+ years in Data Analytics/Finance/Insurance (P&C preferred).

Skilled in SQL, R or Python; experience with visualization tools (Power BI).

Strong communicator who can simplify complex data insights.
