Overview of the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinate the management of the online training programs organized by Bee Skilled through its Hive Platform. This includes marketing, dissemination of information, coordination with partners, liaising with prospective and existing members before, during and after training. The role includes full management of courses on the platform from marketing to execution, student acquisition, student management, content management and other similar duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
The below-mentioned responsibilities are duties are to be conducted in close supervision of the reporting or project manager.
A. Training Management
a. Engage with Bee Skilled community on The Hive to ensure ongoing communication,
b. Disseminate specific training content developed for communities on The Hive for advocacy and marketing,
c. Prepare, organise and manage training related events for Bee Skilled community, such as webinars, case studies, competitions etc.
d. During the training, manage moderated discussions and engage users to participate,
e. Organise frequent emails, newsletters to be sent to trainees,
f. Identify ways to engage and acquire new users for Bee Skilled training
g. Support communication and marketing of Courses run for Bee Skilled community including communication with partner organizations.
h. Support any required translation of training materials on the site and course content
B. Marketing, Student Acquisition and Management of Online courses in English and French
a. Lead marketing of Bee Skilled’s online courses in English and French,
b. Liaise with partner organisations for student acquisition,
c. Manage accounting related to the courses,
d. Liaise with content and IT team to ensure courses are run smoothly,
e. Support the content team in any other issues related to course dissemination.
C. Social Media Management
a. Support other community management team with social media content related to training events
b. Showcase achievements, events and any other highlights from training on social media in collaboration with other community management team
Required Qualifications
1. Master’s degree such as MBA in marketing, sales and administration or any other relevant field
2. Certificate / Diploma in French language, should be fluent in French language
