Responsibilities :

ABAP Development :

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

- Utilize ABAP skills to create and optimize data exchange interfaces for external systems.

ALE Expertise :

- Configure and set up ALE scenarios, partner profiles, logical systems, distribution models, and ports.

- Monitor ALE interfaces, troubleshoot errors, and perform root cause analysis for reliable data transfer.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving :

- Collaborate with functional teams to resolve interface-related issues and optimize performance.

- Identify and address challenges to ensure efficient data exchange.

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of ALE configurations, IDoc developments, and interface mapping.

- Adhere to established best practices, standards, and governance procedures in ALE development and integration.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in SAP ABAP development (3+ years).

- Strong understanding of ALE/IDoc concepts and functionalities.

- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting ALE interfaces.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming language (ABAP/4 and OO ABAP).

- Experience with SAP data dictionary and data modeling concepts (a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
