Techsystems is looking for a dynamic Project Management Specialist to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO).This is an exciting opportunity to be part of IT consulting and SAP/digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.Reporting To: PMO Head / Delivery DirectorKey Responsibilities:- Assist in creating and tracking detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP, Salesforce, Siemens, Technical & Functional).- Maintain dashboards, progress reports, and governance compliance.- Manage stakeholders through clear communication and timely updates.- Identify risks/issues and support mitigation planning.Qualifications & Skills:- Master's or Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Management or related field.- 3-5 years of IT project management experience (IT services/consulting).- Mandatory certification: PMP / Agile (Scrum Master) / Six Sigma.- Exposure to SAP/ERP/digital transformation projects preferred.- Strong expertise in MS Project, JIRA, and other PM tools.- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.Success Metrics:- On-time & on-budget project delivery.- Adherence to quality and governance frameworks.- High client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).If you are passionate about driving projects to success and want to be part of a growing digital transformation journey, wed love to connect with you (ref:iimjobs.com)
