About the Role :

Were looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and scale our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for our consumer-facing platform. Youll lead initiatives in automation, microservices management, and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure & Cloud :

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda) and GCP (Firebase, RTDB).

- Optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) for 20+ microservices, including RBAC, ingress, and CRDs.

- Implement IaC using Terraform/CloudFormation for reproducible environments.

Security & Compliance :

- Enforce cloud/application security best practices (IAM, secrets management, network policies).

- Secure hybrid cloud connectivity via VPC, VPN, NAT, and WAF.

CI/CD & Observability :

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) with Argo CD for GitOps workflows.

- Set up monitoring/logging (New Relic, Sentry, Prometheus/Grafana) for proactive issue resolution.

Leadership :

- Mentor junior engineers on infrastructure design and automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5- 8 years in DevOps/SRE roles, preferably in D2C/product companies.

Expertise in :

- AWS/GCP , Kubernetes , Terraform , CI/CD tools

- Networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers) | PostgreSQL/Redis

- Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with multi-region deployments or serverless architectures.

- Certifications like AWS DevOps Pro, CKA, or HashiCorp Certified.
