For more details of each machine & operating videos please visit www.altsfpro.comJob Description:Ideate and conceptualize new and innovative processes to manage turnkey project for global customers.Scale‐up and adapt the existing system and resources to match the project time lines & budgets.To understand the drawings received from design department for the application purpose.PE should able conversant with layout engineering, that he himself should prepare engineering drawings for layout & access platforms.Should able to manage turnkey procurement activity of the project, based on budget & management guidelines.To co-ordinate with customer from start to end including all payment related follow up.To independently function and ensure manufacturing of components with quality.Quality inspection team management & data filing. In absence of quality team, self-visit & inspection for managing the process. To independently function and ensure completion of product within stipulated time as finalized by mutual discussion with the team.To update the vendor list as and when required by locating vendors providing better services in terms of unit economics and quality than the existing vendors.To communicate the needs of the company to the vendors and vice‐versa.To involve in procurement of raw‐materials and brought out items when required.To involve in manufacturing for quality inspections & guidance to the team.Remains as single point of contact for project management handling about 50 CR projects yearly.To manage all MIS reports able to provide clear picture of the status to management & key stake holders.Take care of all dispatches to various global locationsMiscellaneous:· To take up additional responsibilities as entrusted by the Company from time to time. Education: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineer with 2 years in manufacturing line OR Diploma engineer with minimum 5 years in manufacturing line.Experience: · At-least 2 year in similar function & maximum of 5 years· AutoCAD drawing software & big plants layout experience is must· Project Quality management of bulk material handling equipment is added advantage· Any knowledge in municipal waste management project – will add valuePrerequisites: · Place of work : at HO of AltSF Process Pvt Ltd., KWT, Pimpri, Pune 411018· Ready to join immediatelySubmit your CV to: info@altsfpro.com
