We are seeking a Senior Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EI&C) Engineer to spearhead engineering design and delivery across major water and infrastructure projects. This senior role blends technical depth with leadership and commercial insight, offering the opportunity to shape projects, mentor teams, and help grow our business.
What You'll Do
- Drive Design Excellence: Lead concept, functional, and detailed designs for large-scale water and infrastructure projects on time and on budget.
- Guide Teams: Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through all project phases, from scoping and risk management to stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Win Work: Develop bid strategies, craft proposals, and present to clients, positioning Middleton Group as a trusted partner.
- Lead & Mentor: Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and peer review while building the capability of junior engineers.
- Strengthen Relationships: Cultivate strong client connections and contribute to business development and market strategy.
What You Bring
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or related discipline) and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
- Experience: 10+ years in engineering consulting with proven design and site experience in water, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of high- and low-voltage electrical systems, control systems, and plant integration.
- Leadership & Communication: Skilled mentor and communicator, adept at translating technical solutions into business value and inspiring collaborative teamwork.
