We are in search of a Finance Senior Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and facilitating the timely collection of payments from clients. Proficiency in Zoho Books and strong communication skills are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Reconcile balance sheets and match bills to collections promptly.
  • Prepare accounts and perform efficient bookkeeping duties.
  • Conduct monthly financial analysis and generate insightful reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Facilitate the timely collection of payments from clients through effective communication and follow-up calls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous.
