Responsibilities

1. - Design and architect robust and scalable Flutter applications.

2. - Make informed decisions on technology choices and architecture to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.

3. - Hands-on coding using Flutter to contribute to the development of key features and functionality.

4. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise during the development process.

5. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and timelines.

6. - Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

7. - Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and mentor team members.

8. - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

9. - Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
