We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with 5-10 years of experience in designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end UI design to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

 UI/UX Design & Research:

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to enhance the user experience.

Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide design decisions.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

 Wireframing & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly interfaces.

 UI Design & Implementation:

Design pixel-perfect UI components ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Optimize UI performance for fast loading, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.

 Design Systems & Branding:

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

Ensure branding consistency across all digital platforms.

 User Testing & Continuous Improvement:

Conduct A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and usability tests to refine designs.

Gather user feedback to continuously enhance the experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

 Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar design tools.

 Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding for UI implementation).

 Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first applications.

 Proficiency in Material Design, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other UI frameworks.

 Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

 Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and usability principles.

 Experience in usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with motion design (Framer Motion, Lottie, GSAP, or similar tools).

 Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.

 Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).

 Experience with AI-driven UI enhancements or gamification design.

Educational Qualification:

 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Graphic Design, or related fields.

Soft Skills

 Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
