Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Account Executive for our Gurgaon office. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1-5 years of experience. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and driving B2B sales initiatives, focusing on maintaining relationships and expanding our client base. Candidates should be equipped with essential account management skills and expertise in Salesforce.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) and account management techniques is required for effective client engagement and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is necessary to identify and reach potential clients, allowing for targeted communication and networking.
  • Expertise in CRM software is essential for organizing, tracking, and managing customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies is crucial for developing and implementing effective sales plans to meet targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills are required to close deals successfully and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Adept at lead generation to effectively identify and cultivate new business opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Experience in pipeline management to oversee and prioritize sales cycles, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and efforts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention through regular, proactive communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing industry trends and market demands to expand our client base strategically.
  • Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
  • Implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets and drive growth for Kaiser Industries Limited.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients to finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and uninterrupted partnerships.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including social media and industry networking events, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progress of leads from initial contact to final closing stages.
