Responsibilities include managing filings and deadlines, coordinating with clients, reviewing documents and evidence, and supporting contentious trademark and patent matters before courts and IP authorities.QualificationsStrong foundation in Intellectual Property laws, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design protectionKnowledge of litigation processes and the ability to prepare related documentationProficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documentsSkills in managing client relationships and coordinating on IP enforcement actionsExcellent analytical, organisational, and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised universityEnrollment in Bar CouncilAbility to work on-site in Bengaluru with a commitment to learning and development
