We are passionate about helping Indians invest better. We manage investments with active oversight to help both, sophisticated and new investors build long term wealth across various market conditions.About the role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join the investment analytics team at Dezerv. The role involves supporting advisors and senior management by preparing portfolio reviews, conducting in-depth analyses and building an investment platform that aims to change how Indians think about their money and grow their wealth.What are we looking for ● Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products across asset classes, asset allocation, and risk management principles. ● Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio construction. ● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools; experience with portfolio management software is preferred. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● 0-3 years of past experience in investment analysis, wealth management, macro economic research, or portfolio management.What can you expect ● Build customized investment proposals tailored to clients’ financial goals, including recommendations for equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and more. ● Prepare comprehensive portfolio reviews for large clients and family offices, including customized reports and pitch presentations. ● Collaborate with advisor teams to address client queries related to internal model frameworks, asset allocation, and portfolio actions ● Analyze product performance, capture user feedback to improve user journeys ● Be a part of planning, launching and tracking investment strategies
