Key Responsibilities:


Registrations and Licensing:

  • Manage and oversee the process of obtaining and renewing necessary business licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Ensure all licenses and registrations are up to date and compliant with regulatory standards.

Municipal and Labor Compliance:

  • Monitor compliance with municipal regulations and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Coordinate inspections and audits related to municipal and labor compliance.

Warehouse/Darkstore/Stores Establishments:

  • Handle the establishment and maintenance of necessary licenses and related compliances.
  • Facilitate the closure or relocation of establishments when required.

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related compliance matters for the blue collar workers.

Labor Machinery Compliance:

  • Manage compliance related to machinery used in manufacturing or production processes.
  • Ensure all machinery meets safety and regulatory standards.

Legal Notices and Compliance Documentation:

  • Respond to legal notices and manage communication with regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance activities.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on compliance requirements.
  • Communicate compliance updates and changes effectively across the organization.

Drug Licenses:

  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of drug licenses if applicable.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting drug licensing requirements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in compliance roles, preferably in a regulated industry like retail, food and beverage industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to registrations, licensing, labor laws, and other compliance areas mentioned.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
