Please do not contact the recruiter directly.DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist to strengthen our delivery network operations in New Delhi. This role will execute security initiatives through proactive and reactive measures to protect assets and mitigate risks. The specialist will conduct regular audits, monitor processes, and implement preventive controls through systematic risk assessment. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed investigations into financial irregularities, coordinating with legal teams for enforcement actions, and implementing corrective measures. The role involves regular reporting of findings and driving process improvements. This position requires significant field presence with regular travel within the assigned region and ability to work flexible hours BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience4+ years of experience in Security, Loss Prevention, Shrinkage, Asset Protection, or Investigations3-5 years of experience in law enforcement or security and loss prevention professionDemonstrated experience in security auditing and investigationsUp-to-date knowledge of security equipment and technologyExperience in coordinating security investigations of complex natureStrong understanding of information security processes and systemsPrevious experience in MNC environmentProven track record of stakeholder managementStrong documentation and reporting skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Professional certification in Security Management or related fieldExperience in e-commerce or logistics security operationsAdvanced knowledge of investigation techniques and protocolsStrong background in cash handling process controlsExperience in conducting training programsProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsRegional language proficiency based on locationExperience in process improvement initiativesKnowledge of digital payment systems and associated risksUnderstanding of retail/logistics operational dynamicsExperience in implementing preventive control measuresTrack record of successful investigation closuresUnderstanding of legal frameworks related to financial fraudOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
