What Were Looking For :
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and its modules (Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, Reporting).
- Understanding of AI-powered ServiceNow features is a plus.
- Agile mindset with a track record of improving workflows and reducing manual tasks.
